Before you can log into the web portal using your username and password you need to confirm your identity by clicking on the link sent in the confirmation email.
If you have looked in your inbox and spam folders and the email has not arrived you can resend the email again.
To re send the confirmation email enter the email address that you used when you registered and click the send email button.
